Despite an academic system in upheaval, the University is an incredible space for discovery, transmission and creation.
Yes, it is possible to progress in an academic trajectory without compromising one's health, energy, or personal life.
Yes, it is possible to reconcile scientific ambitions, administrative responsibilities and work-life balance.
Yes, it is possible to get out of the overload, confusion, or loss of direction.
Yes, a career as a teacher or researcher can be fully fulfilling.
Yes, a busy university life can remain structured, healthy and under control.
Yes, you can move forward with clarity, stability, and serenity.
I provide individual coaching to those who wish to:
Optimize their performance
Taking a step back during a period of doubt, transition, or overload
To regain clarity, motivation and meaning in their academic or professional journey
I work in particular with:
- Students preparing for competitive entrance exams or programs of excellence (medicine, ENS, Polytechnique, Centrale, Agro...): to develop effective methods, lasting motivation and serene success, or to take stock of their orientation or reorientation.
- PhD students, postdocs and young researchers : to build their research trajectory with confidence and clarity, and overcome moments of doubt.
- Teacher-researchers and academic staff : in transition, in search of meaning, in search of sustainable performance or wishing to make a new start in their career.
All top athletes, managers, and artists are supported by coaches. And yet, coaching still lacks recognition. It's a young profession, poorly regulated, and often misunderstood.
But coaching, when practiced with rigor and seriousness, offers incredible tools that everyone could benefit from.
I pursued long, demanding university studies, recognized in the academic world. Yet, it is my coaching training that I consider the most transformative and impactful. It provided me with tools for understanding human behavior.
Coaching addresses a very specific need that neither psychotherapy nor medicine can or will cover: the complexities of daily life, everyday tensions, personal choices, turning points to navigate, and possibilities to consider. These issues fall outside the purview of psychologists and psychiatrists. Most of them lack the time, the tools, and the interest for these concrete problems—which is perfectly consistent with their role.
This is where coaching makes perfect sense, for the daily decisions of people who have decent mental health and who need a helping hand to find clarity and take a step back from their mindset, decisions, actions.
I am absolutely convinced that everyone should have access to a calm and confidential coaching space. Not because there's a problem to solve, but because there's a life to choose. A direction to clarify. A stance to adopt. And possibilities to explore—beyond our cognitive biases and automatic patterns.
Coaching is not a luxury. It's a lever for alignment, clarity, and action. Concrete support to take back control of your life—with lucidity, integrity, and intention.
Rather than explain what coaching is, I offer you a free 30-minute discovery session — a concrete opportunity to experience coaching, whatever your question or career transition may be.
This is not a sales pitch, but a real coaching session: a moment to pause, clarify your current situation, and explore what you truly want.
No pressure, no commitment — just an honest conversation to take stock, connect, and see whether coaching is a good fit for you.
